Now entering a new chapter, Itadaki is crafted in collaboration with the renowned Tsuji family of Uji — a producer distinguished for generations of award-winning tea mastery. Rooted in Shirakawa, Uji City, their craft reflects one of Japan’s most revered tea-growing terroirs.

This blend is produced using the traditional shelf-style shading method (tana-shiki), with a meticulous double-layer covering for approximately 30–40 days prior to harvest. This extended shading deepens chlorophyll concentration and amplifies L-theanine, resulting in extraordinary vibrancy and profound umami.

Stone-milled in limited batches from select first-harvest leaves, each tin preserves the purity, depth, and refinement that define true origin matcha.

The result is a silken, luminous cup — layered with elegant sweetness, sustained umami, and a long, precise finish.

Reserved for moments of discernment, Itadaki is not simply a blend — it is the summit of heritage, collaboration, and the evolving peak of Uji’s tea artistry.
