Saemidori — Single Cultivar, Wazuka, Kyoto

Saemidori — meaning "clear green" — is a cultivar of quiet elegance, born from the natural cross of Asahi and Yabukita. Grown in the rolling hills of Wazuka by a fifth-generation farming family, it carries the refined character of a valley devoted entirely to tea.

This single-cultivar matcha is stone-milled in limited batches from select first-harvest leaves, preserving the delicacy, clarity, and varietal character that define true origin matcha.

The result is a light, luminous cup — defined by Saemidori's signature floral lift, gentle sweetness, and a clean, graceful finish.

Crafted for those drawn to softness and clarity.
