The chashaku —a traditional tea scoop—is made from natural bamboo and hand carved in a small studio in Japan. The chashaku is an indispensable tool for measuring your matcha. Each scoop of matcha is slightly equal to 1g, so use 2 -3 scoops for a perfect bowl of matcha.
