Asanoka (あさのか) is a rare single cultivar from Yame in Kyushu Island, a region celebrated for its fertile volcanic soils, gentle climate, and centuries of tea mastery. Harvested from the first flush of shade-grown leaves and stone-milled with precision, this matcha embodies the pure expression of its cultivar.
