This curated set brings together Asahi, Okumidori, and Saemidori — three single-cultivar matchas grown in the rolling hills of Wazuka, Kyoto, by a fifth-generation farming family whose devotion to the land is expressed in every tin.

Each cultivar tells a different story: Asahi with its luminous brightness and clean sweetness, Okumidori with its lush depth and layered umami, Saemidori with its delicate floral lift and graceful clarity. Together they reveal what terroir truly means — not one flavor, but a spectrum born from the same soil, the same hands, the same first harvest.

Stone-milled in limited batches from select first-harvest leaves, each tin is a complete expression in itself.
