Each cultivar is a distinct voice: Asahi with its luminous brightness, Okumidori with its lush emerald depth, Saemidori with its delicate floral elegance, Yabukita with its clean, grassy honesty, and Okuyutaka with its rare, enveloping richness. Together they map the full spectrum of what a single origin can express — from light and graceful to full and warm, from the familiar to the genuinely uncommon.
